This natural hair journey has been a fun adventure for me.  This is my 4th big chop, and I can say with confidence I have finally figured out my hair.  I am having so much fun trying out new products, it really is amazing how some products can make your hair look so different.  Remember, I promised to share products that I genuinely love.  Today, I am sharing the new line by As I Am Naturally the Jamaican Black Castor Oil line with you.

My hair has never looked so good!  I have used this line twice on my hair, and each time it has created amazing results.  I created a twist out a month ago, and this weekend I create beautiful Bantu knots.  Let me just pause on the Bantu knots, they are the prettiest Bantu knots that I have ever created in my hair.  It is only because of these products that my hair came out so nicely; I did not change the process of how I did my hair.

Here is the Youtube video to see how I created this look:

The goal of this line is to restore and repair the hair, and my hair felt restored and repaired.  My hair felt so soft, full of body, and moisturized.  My curls are just gorgeous.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil Smoothie– this smoothie is light weight but offers a great hold. I used this product for my twist outs, and my twist out lasted a few days (which is unusual) because I workout daily.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil Curling Creme– I am happy about this creme right here!  So this is the creme that I used to create my Bantu knots and baby did you see my hair!  This creme offers a firm hold, and left my hair feeling weightless, volumized, curls are hydrated.  Highly recommended, and this is my favorite.

Jamaican Black Moisturizing Masque– This rich creamy treatment is infused with Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Vitamin C & Vitamin E to moisturize, detangle and provide shine to your curls and coils. This formula is built for deep conditioning long-lasting hydration to restore and repair your hair & scalp health. I used this to soften my help, this offers great slip, repairs breakage, and dry scalp.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil Water– this water is perfect for adding moisture back into the hair when doing protective styles.  Infused with JBCO, Vitamin C & E this water hydrates the hair evenly locking moisture into the hair.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil Shampoo– cleanses the hair so well, left no buildup or residue in my hair.  This shampoo also left my hair hydrated, and softened.  Also strengthens the hair, and does not strip out the oils.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil Conditioner– bomb conditioner, my hair felt soft and smooth after using conditioner.

Jamacian Black Castor Oil Leave In Conditioner– easily detangles when combing the hair.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil CoWash– As I Am Naturally makes the best Cowashes.  This CoWash does it all, cleanses, conditions, and detangles the hair easily. All of the products smells so good!  This is also highly recommended, and currently trending so check it out.

So far, these are my favorites from all of the lines I have used from As I Am Naturally.  I am impressed, my Bantu knots have never looked so good.  As I Am did that!  If you try them out, leave a comment and let me know how you like them.  It means so much.  I will see you all on the next blog post.

I have always been in love with all things beauty. From a little girl I would say that one day I would be a Cosmetologist. I did it, I became a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2006. I have learned so much about how to wear makeup, how to style the hair, and how to maintain the overall health of hair that I decided to create a blog. Being beautiful creates confidence, and flawless hair and makeup can help us all create that image we want to be. I want to help you step out of the box, try new makeup looks, and new hair ideas, new skincare regimens to make life better. You can live colorful, cosmetic, and be creative everyday give them some maxwell house coffee mmm, mmm good, and leave the tea home lol. Enjoy!
