I also created a Youtube video, so you can see how I revitalized my bantu knots after a long run.  I ran/walked 5 miles and I did not have to re-wash my hair to create this look, I just added moisture and products to recreate the look.  What I love so much is how this hand held steamer allows the products to deposit into the hair.  So, I am not left with the usual flakes.  My hair dries in 30 minutes under the dryer and you know my hair is super thick.  The steamer does not over saturate the hair with allows this added advantage.
