Curls Dynasty Cleanse and Condition Bundle Review
It has been forever right! I do think of you often, I promise lol. I feel I have finally figured out this bantu knot thing, and products make such the difference. I have to admit natural hair is a tricky thing. I promised to share products that work well on my hair with you so….here I am today with a Curls Dynasty Review.
This is the first time that I have used these products. I actually met them a few weeks ago at the Taliah Waajid Natural Hair show here in Atlanta and became interested in reviewing the products. They did not come to disappoint at all. Now, I do have to tell you that there are a few secrets to success when you use their products. It still amazes me how textured hair can be so challenging, but once figured out it is the most beautiful thing!
So today, I used Curls Dynasty Cleanse and Conditon Bundle. Here is a link to video to see the actual tutorial:
Products:
Cocoa Moisture Mint Shampoo- this shampoo has great slip, and left my hair feeling soft and smooth. The product smells fresh, and left my hair hair clean with no build up.
Give Me Slip Conditioner- super slippery conditioner, when I used this my hair slipped through easily. If I wanted to detangle my hair with this, it would be easily done.
Kala Hari Smoothie Leave In Conditioner- super light leave in that feels so good on the hair.
Pumpkin Mint Deep Treatment- love this treatment, immediately after, my hair felt strong.
Twisted Definition Twisting Cream- this cream has great hold, and defines the curls well…but there is a secret to this cream. You must use it on damp hair to get the full benefits of it. If you use it on dry hair, it does not do so well as the video could have came out better.
Here is the final results:
Where To Purchase
Curl Dynasty products can be purchased online at Curls Dynasty, or at your local Target. They are not sold at all Target stores, so the list is available online at Curls Dynasty if you want to pick the products up today.
How To Maintain Overnight
Secure your hair in Bantu knots, like the video. You may need to add a dime amount of the Twisted Definition to the ends of the hair and spray lightly with water prior to creating the bantu knot. Spray very little water so the hair is just damp and not saturated. A little moisturizer goes a long way.
