Dry Brushing A Way To Get Rid Of Cellulite
Hi Beauties, I love finding beauty hacks that are so beneficial for the skin. I have dull skin after a long winter, and I am getting my body ready for summer. I want to wear a bathing suit without the worries of cellulite, and stretch marks so that is why I decided to try dry brushing. Have you ever tried Dry Brushing? You may wonder what are the benefits of dry brushing?
Benefits
- Exfoliates the skin
- Helps to Detoxify by increasing blood circulation
- Unclogs pores in exfoliation process
- Stimulates nervous system making you feel invigorated afterward
- Promotes lymph flow/drainage
- Reduces and fades stretch marks
Dry brushing can help promote circulation and lymphatic drainage, which help reduce inflammation and strengthen your connective tissue and in turn, minimize the appearance of cellulite.
How To Use Dry Brush
Practice dry burshing before showering. To use the brush, use small circles to exfoliate the skin. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend using a oil to prep the skin before using the dry brush. After dry brushing, rinse off in the shower.
Recommended Products for Dry Brushing
I recommend alternating between Osea Malibu Undaria Algae Oil, and Ocean Lotion to prep the skin to avoid irritation. Osea also carries a dry brush that I love. So if you decide to give dry brushing a try, let me know how it benefits you.
