Products That I Am Loving For My Natural Hair-My DNA Curls

By  |

Hey Loves, I love a great hair day.  Even more than a great hair day, I love products that actually work for my hair.  Today I am taking time to share a few My DNA Curls products that is making my life easier, and I will share how I created the look.

If you follow me, you already know that I love wigs.  I mean, I just love wearing them and the make a great protective style.  I always try to multitask by wearing my hair braided under the wig, because it just works when I need to wear my natural.

This is usually how I wear my hair when it is under the wig.  This actually creates a cute hairstyle when using the right products.

I wished I would have taken a picture of the back, but there are two small braids in the back just like the front.  I parted my hair in four parts and braided each part- it’s that simple.

I used these products to create the look.

Products

My DNA Hydrating Co-Wash- I love this co-wash.  It’s a really good conditioning wash, that seems like a conditioner, but it cleanses that hair well.  What I love about it, is that it does not strip that hair of moisture, and it leaves the hair soft.

My DNA Leave-In Conditoner- this is a light weight leave in conditioner that is great for detangling the hair. This also moisturizes the hair well.  It leaves the hair feeling soft, and managable.

My DNA Moistuizing Hair Butter- A little goes a long way, but I love this butter. I was not left with any flakes and my hair has movement.  This hair butter does eliminate frizz just like it claims.

My DNA Serum- a light serum that smooths the hair and leaves silky finish.  I used this to take out the braids.

Here is the final look.

I have always been in love with all things beauty. From a little girl I would say that one day I would be a Cosmetologist. I did it, I became a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2006. I have learned so much about how to wear makeup, how to style the hair, and how to maintain the overall health of hair that I decided to create a blog. Being beautiful creates confidence, and flawless hair and makeup can help us all create that image we want to be. I want to help you step out of the box, try new makeup looks, and new hair ideas, new skincare regimens to make life better. You can live colorful, cosmetic, and be creative everyday give them some maxwell house coffee mmm, mmm good, and leave the tea home lol. Enjoy!
