Sunday Is Self Care Day- This and That

By  |

Who else loves Sundays?  Sundays for me are always so calming, it’s a time for me to refresh, relax and repeat.  As apart of my refreshing and relaxation,  I take time to care for myself. Today is the day to soak, adding my best bath bombs to water, and lighting my best essential oil candles.

In my bath water, I always add oil too as I have noticed that oils really help my dry skin during these weather months.  I take time to scrub and that has helped even my tone on my knees and elbows; I am using the scrubs from Tree Hut. This sugar based formula is kissed with Argan Oil, Rose and Certified Organic Shea Butter to instantly smooth skin while satisfying your senses

As I soak, I am listening to SunQueen Kelsey- Black Melanin today it get me in a mood as it is so encouraging.

I recently purchased a luxury wooden bath caddy from Amazon that I am enjoying!  I was able to fill it up with so many products.  I even added my favorite babies to it my new succulents from Succulent Studios.  I love Succulents!

The Succulents came in a cute box from Succulent Studios, and they just make such a perfect gift for someone who loves them.  I am going to send some to my mom- she loves them too.

I have always been in love with all things beauty. From a little girl I would say that one day I would be a Cosmetologist. I did it, I became a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2006. I have learned so much about how to wear makeup, how to style the hair, and how to maintain the overall health of hair that I decided to create a blog. Being beautiful creates confidence, and flawless hair and makeup can help us all create that image we want to be. I want to help you step out of the box, try new makeup looks, and new hair ideas, new skincare regimens to make life better. You can live colorful, cosmetic, and be creative everyday give them some maxwell house coffee mmm, mmm good, and leave the tea home lol. Enjoy!
