Palmers Natural Fusions Review

By  |

So listen, I had no idea that Palmers sold haircare products.   When I think of Palmers, I think of stretch mark creams, and coco butter.  Who would have known that they carry a whole line of hair care products that are formulated for ethnic hair!  Not sure if I have mentioned, but I have 4b hair so it isn’t the easiest to deal with.  It really takes the perfect products to make my hair work.

Back in my salon days, I used to do a lot of natural hair.  Natural hair really is all about trial and error, unfortunately product knowledge doesn’t always help lol.  Different textures of hair call for different things!  I have done hair over 10 years, and it took me forever to figure out what products would work on my texture of hair.  The spiral set for me had to be the hardest to accomplish, as I have attempted this look on myself 5 different times.  I finally figured it out thanks to this line, I have been successful.

So take a look at all the products that I used.

Here are a list of the products:

Micellar Rose Water Cleaner-such a fresh clean smelling shampoo.  It’s light, and it doesn’t have a lot of slip but it gets the hair very clean.  I had a lot of build up when I used this shampoo, and it got all the product out.  This shampoo draws out impurities.

Lavender Rose Water Conditioner- very light, this also smells really good.  I left this on my hair for 30 minutes when I used this. Lavender Rosewater Conditioner infuses hair with natural moisturizers to replnish and repair hair.

Neem Buruti Style Hold- has a lot of hold, and it perfect for rod sets!  This is the only reason my curls have held!  This may be my favorite product, second to the Chai Seed Conditioner and DIY kits (pictured below).  My curls are ready for this humidity, bring it! Neem & Buruti Style Hold uses natural polymers to resist humidity and keep styles firmly in place.

Ceramide Monoi Hair Food Oil- very fresh, and lightly moisturizes the hair.  Perfect for twist outs, rod sets, and for hot oil treatments.  Ceramide Monoï Hair Food Oil fuels hair and scalp with nutrients to help promote optimal growth and protect fragile hair.

Chia Seed and Organ Oil Hair Mask- this is what I used to mix up my concoction.  I added the DIY oils (pictured below) to create the perfect conditioner.  My hair was so thirsty!  After using this line my hair was shiny, soft, and it even had hold! Chia Seed & Argan Oil Hair Mask is an intensive deep conditioning treatment that repairs damage and improves strength.

I must admit, I am a little shook, so shook I had to share it with you.  If you are natural, you may want to try it.  It can be found at your local Walmart.

I have always been in love with all things beauty. From a little girl I would say that one day I would be a Cosmetologist. I did it, I became a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2006. I have learned so much about how to wear makeup, how to style the hair, and how to maintain the overall health of hair that I decided to create a blog. Being beautiful creates confidence, and flawless hair and makeup can help us all create that image we want to be. I want to help you step out of the box, try new makeup looks, and new hair ideas, new skincare regimens to make life better. You can live colorful, cosmetic, and be creative everyday give them some maxwell house coffee mmm, mmm good, and leave the tea home lol. Enjoy!
