Hi loves, I am so excited to share you my beauty and wellness routine. It is important for all of us to take care of ourselves on a day to day basis. Sometimes life gets really busy, and we can become consumed with work life, and balance.  I have found that taking care of myself, I deal with stress so much better and I am more balanced.

Sleep

It is so important to get a good nights rest.  I find that I perform better, because I am more alert.  When you are sleep deprived, you tend to handle things a little different.  I even notice a difference in my skin especially under my eyes.

Pampering

After my morning walk, I love to take time to pamper myself.  This for me along with my walk is the most important time of the day as it is my “me time.”  It’s that special thing that I do for myself everyday that allows me to be my best.  I always draw myself a bath after my long 6 mile walk.  I add rose petals, a bath bomb, and I always light a candle for my bath.

After my long bath, I went to my local #RiteAid store and purchased L’Oreal Paris skincare products.  My skincare routine, is a big part of my pampering.  It is so important for you to take care of your skin.  It is what helps you look and feel your very best.

Skincare Tutorial

I always start by rinsing my face with water.

Apply RevitaLift Bright Reveal Scrub Cleanser to the face.

Cleanse face in circular motions.

Rinse the face again to remove RevitaLift Brightening Scrub.

Apply RevitaLift Bright Reveal Peel Pads to the face.

Apply ReviaLift Bright Reveal Brightening Day Moisturizer to the skin, and lightly rub in the skin.
