Trendy Makeup Looks Twirling Into The New Year
We are twirling into the New Year with sexy, trending, classic looks. We are all looking for that fresh face for the New Year it’s the look that is trending for the holidays. From the YouTube guru’s, Bloggers, and all influential brands out there, everyone is watching the trends captivating contoured faces. We are highlighting cheek bones, and enhancing lips..
The matte lip is my new found love, and is one of my favorite looks for the holiday, and various holidays in the New Year. You got to give it a try, and add this new scarf in the picture to complete the look.
As you may know, this is only my fourth post and so far, I am enjoying this journey. Sharing trending makeup looks, and glam makeup trending now is what I love doing. I had the opportunity of working for AMF lipstick promoting thier new lines of matte lipstick and I feel in love with them too. Since the campaign, I have ordered three more lipsticks. In this picture, I was wearing AMF Lipstick– Lust which really sets this look off.
Classic hair, contoured face, and enhanced dark lips is the achieved look here. I usually contour my face and then apply a light dusting of bronzer in my T-zone (chin, bridge of the nose, forehead, and underneath the eyes). The shimmering glitter, and highlighters are trending new fresh looks for the New Year. Through blogging this bag was sent to me here in the picture, and it is the cutest bag with great departments. This canvas bag is great for daily travels when you are in a casual mode, it can even be used for a small tablet.
As you can see from the last two pictures, my hair is natural. In March of next year, it would have been two years since my big chop. Yes, it was worth it because I am in love with my hair. Some of the products that I use on my hair Cantu shampoo and moisturizer, and I swear by Cantu leaving moisturizer.
Although I use many other products, these have been my staples lately. I just flat twist my hair before I go to bed and put long sponge rollers in to set the ends. This is one of the best protective styles that I have found for natural hair, creating that dramatic look with no effort. It’s so simple, yet so pretty.
This look is a 10 minute face. Basic application of foundation by Estee’ Lauder, contoured with RK 3D, and I used Urban Decay Naked 3 eye shadow. This eye shadow is great for everyday wear since it is so light. I straightened my hair and pin curled my hair at night to avoid straightening it everyday. This is a pretty high maintenance hairstyle, not recommended everyday as heat application can damage hair. Look for more blog post going up soon by subscribing to my blog. Thanks for stopping in.
